We are excited to announce that Schroder Davis Law Firm, PLC is becoming Schroder Brooks starting July 1st.  Ashley Simon Brooks has been promoted to named partner and Joan Davis is taking “of counsel”.   Schroder Brooks will have more announcements in the near future with the addition of new professional personnel.

Schroder Brooks is a nationally recognized law firm in entertainment and art law and also handles advertising, intellectual property and fashion law.

Kirk T. Schroder, in addition to being the former chair of the American Bar Association Entertainment and Sport Law Section, is the co-editor of the newly published  The Essential Guide to Entertainment Law  (  just released this month by Juris Publishing.

Ashley Brooks comes to Schroder Brooks with over sixteen years of experience as advertising and corporate counsel and focuses her practice in agency/client relations, advertising regulations and compliance, best practices for brand management, and promotions.

Joan Davis continues her practice at Schroder Brooks emphasizing intellectual property legal matters and fashion law.

Anna J. Nelson also joins Schroder Brooks as an entertainment and business law paralegal. Anna has an extensive background as an entertainment paralegal with several top Hollywood entertainment law firms.
